NFS & Mental health month
Since 2016, we have revealed 100s of solutions from stage, helped numerous early-stage companies find their next investor/co-founder/partners, and witnessed myriad impactful relationships evolve. We've also had some crazy fun (see photoevidence).
My plan has always been to scale the solutions, not the summit, so I am psyched to continue the momentum in 2025 doing what we do best: Focusing on people, place, and purpose and how those three elements lovingly threaded together optimize experience and outcomes.
With 7 Near Future Summits under our belt, we have already confirmed many exciting reveals, phenomenal chefs, and unique activities. And throughout the year we will continue to ignite your imagination with dinners, screenings, book launches, salons, and symposia.
Recently, we've hosted numerous spectacular events: a mental wellness salon with Project Healthy Minds and Sheri Sobrato in Hillsborough, a brilliant mental health dinner at Juan Pablo Capello & Christina Getty's in Miami with Orrick, an End of Plastics: Trash Talk "Conversation Worth Having" at Barndiva in Healdsburg, our beloved Jeff Karp's book launch of LIT (Life Ignition Tools) at the brand new PortalMarin, and TODAY we co-hosting a Women's Reproductive and Health Summit at Parsley Health in NYC with our partners Mercury and Orrick. We are just getting started. Sign up today to get all of the benefits and connectivity. If you want to partner, reach out.
Happy early Mother's Day to all of the moms out there. Much love, Zem
In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, our very own Dr. Raghu Appasani reminds us to be kind and check in with ourselves.
"As we find ourselves in the midst of mental health awareness month, let's take a moment to acknowledge that each day should be a day to recognize our mental wellbeing. I encourage you all to take a moment to assess your daily mental hygiene. Ask yourself: Have I been making time for myself? Am I staying true to my values & morals? Take a minute to take inventory. Self-Compassion Meditation with Kirat Randhawa".
